Originally, this emotional well-being blog was only going to focus on people-pleasing and the struggles that come with perpetually saying yes! But focusing on one topic limits the positive impact we can have on our readers. We’ve struggled with much more than people-pleasing in our lifetimes.
So, in a desire to improve emotional well-being and offer motivation to more than just people pleasers, we’ve expanded the site’s focus. Now, you’ll find support and a way forward for a variety of emotional struggles, social disorders, and mental illnesses. These range from depression, anxiety, and PTSD to overeating and addictions. Because we’ve struggled with all of these. And we don’t want you to have to, too.
